Inspire vs Paradise City casino revenue is not a like-for-like comparison until the windows match. Inspire reported KRW267.2bn of casino revenue for October 2024 to September 2025. Paradise City took KRW479.6bn in calendar 2025; on the same October-September window this desk estimates about KRW455bn, putting Inspire at roughly three-fifths of its neighbour.

Both resorts sit on Yeongjong Island, Incheon, and both lean on Japanese and Chinese customers. They do not report on the same calendar, and the only current page among the top search results this desk reviewed that sets their numbers side by side, The Asia Business Daily’s January 2026 report, puts Inspire’s fiscal year next to rivals’ calendar-year totals without aligning them. This page does the alignment, and says where the result is an estimate.

The estimate works like this. Maeil Business Newspaper reported that Paradise City’s casino took KRW124.4bn in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 24.8%, which implies roughly KRW99.7bn a year earlier. Removing the 2025 quarter from Sisaweek’s calendar total and adding back the 2024 one gives about KRW455bn. It rests on rounded, reported figures from two outlets, so treat it as approximate. Inspire’s KRW267.2bn is 59% of it, against 56% of the calendar figure.

Where does Paradise City sit inside Paradise Co?

Paradise City is run by Paradise SegaSammy and is one of four Paradise casinos. Maeil put the group’s 2025 casino segment at KRW899.8bn, up 9.8%; The Asia Business Daily gave KRW900.5bn, up 9.9%. Sisaweek’s 6 April report splits it: KRW479.6bn at Paradise City, KRW419.4bn across Walkerhill in Seoul, Busan and Jeju. Those two sum to KRW899.0bn. The three totals differ slightly and are left as each outlet reported them.

Group revenue was KRW1.1499tn, up 7.3%, with operating profit of KRW156.4bn, according to Maeil. Paradise City’s room count was due to rise from 769 to 1,270 from March 2026 with the Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City, the same report said.

How fast is Inspire growing?

Fast, from a low base. The 147.6% rise compares a second year of operation with a first, and an industry source quoted by The Asia Business Daily attributed much of it to that base effect. Inspire’s non-casino lines grew 20% to 40%. None of the three reports puts Inspire ahead of Paradise City, Dream Tower or GKL on casino revenue. Ownership, and what the previous owner still carries, are covered in our assessment of Inspire under Bain Capital and the Mohegan ledger.

Inspire’s fiscal 2026 closes on 30 September. When that print arrives, this table becomes the baseline it is measured against. Dream Tower’s own year is set out in our Jeju Dream Tower assessment.
