The site is edited by Iris Kang, a disclosed house pen name maintained by our editorial team — the Economist model, stated openly. Assessments run under the editor’s byline; news runs under “Staff, Kajino Scout.” We publish no fabricated author biographies and claim no invented credentials — see the editorial policy for how the bylines work and how we assess what we cover.

What we cover, and how
News is short and factual, sourced to operator disclosures, regulator publications, and industry press — and attributed as such. Assessments are longer business reviews of properties, projects, and markets: what the published numbers say, what the cost side looks like, what is fact and what is still a forecast. Every figure we print traces to a disclosure or a report; when something is a projection, we label it one. We hold no positions in the companies we cover and we offer no investment advice.
